Quote needed for development of new App

Hi guys,

I need an App developing. With little time to dive in and learn I'm looking for quotes / timescales to get this sorted..

Basics:

- The iphone doesn't have the ability to cover flow videos. WHY NOT!?!
- I therefore need the existing cover flow programing to display video thumbnails and titles in cover flow.
- This standalone App will therefore ONLY display videos in cover flow mode (not list view when the phone is vertical)...therefore in landscape only.
- I'll be giving this App away free as it will complement another project I've got on.
