Feasibility question....

Hello everyone,

I am just getting started, so I look forward to doing a lot of reading up here as I go along. I have a feasibility question for those who have been coding for a while.

I would like my app to be able to change a setting on the phone, for instance, turn on or off Wifi or Bluetooth. Is this possible in the SDK (perhaps with some user OK at install) or does the SDK not allow you to reach these areas?

You are not allowed to change any of the phone setting... not even with native apps.
Imagine if everyone changes everything - it will get really mad!
