App shows old control placement on load, updates after a few sec

I have a app I've been selling and I am in the process of updating it. I added a few buttons to the main view in IB, along with repositioning/resizing existing stuff.

The issue is when my app loads now it shows the main view like it did before this update, with all view elements in their orignal location/size but after like 3 sec or so everything appears in the new updated places, along with the new controls. This happens in the sim as well as a real iPhone, I tried resetting the sim and it still happens.

Has anyone else experienced this? Anything you would suggest other then starting fresh and copy/pasting everything in a new project?

Did you take a snapshot of your old UI and save it as "default.png"? Could you be seeing that?
