Hi trying to build a direction pad for a game played on a touch screen but Im having trouble trying to figure where to start can you help? Basically I want to be able to when I constantly touch a arrow button on the screen have it act like Im holding down one of the arrow keys on a keyboard. Thanks for all your help.
PS Im not looking to jailbreak anything just for some code where I can adapt it to my devices including my touchscreen mac |

While I do not know the answer to your question directly. Marco Giorgini has a neat 3D game called iPac3D which uses a very nice on screen control pad. He says that he will send the source code to anyone who asks for it so send him an email at, info @ marcogiorgini.com and he should be able to help you out!

My source code is pretty ugly for that sort, but it's available in my emulators source code via http://www.github.com/zodttd
